Value price with great ocean views

It was okay. Definitely needed remodeling but overall a great stay with family. The parking situation was not pleasant as public parking is in the same area.

Originally I had a completely different property booked but then property canceled and placed us into this one. On our arrival the hotel and the surrounding area were very sketchy multiple police vehicles in and out continuously! Through out the evening. Our first night was interesting we left for dinner and came back with a giant leak over the toilet the room itself was very dirty and un kept stains in bed and bed sheets. We then request management to relocate us to a new room which they did with no problems. The new room was much better cleaner and nicer. Not worth $1292 I paid for three days much better options out there. Good view of the beach and the pool

It's an okay place

We stayed two nights, in two different rooms. When we checked in we went to our room, walked in and it was already someone else's room 😂 no biggie for us, we know mistakes happen. The first night in the first room there was a lot of moisture in the air, even the bed and pillows felt wet. The next morning I discovered mold on the pillow I had slept on and mold all on the wall and floor. The second room was good! It could have been cleaned better but it was good enough. The front desk staff is super nice, let us check in early. Police were there 5 different times in the 2 days we were there. There are some questionable people around there.

BED BUGS.

Stayed one night, got ate up by bedbugs. At one AM, I was itching and covered in bites. And I starting looking and found several bugs crawling under the mattress on the fabric that hangs off the bottom of the bed.

Did not even get out of the car, the pictures were deceiving. Did not feel safe getting out of the car because people were fitting in the parking lot. The place look run down. Very unhappy overall.

Management was nice. Other than that wouldn’t recommend.. they gave me a room different than what i picked when i booked and didn’t have enough sleep space for everyone i was with. It wasn’t unclean but looked dirty and we also had a cockroach in our bathroom. We left immediately.

The overall appearance and environment of this hotel in my opinion is not suitable for children! There are plenty of what appears to be drug dealers and addicts hanging on the premises, which also appears to be outdated to say the least. On the flip side the manager was as accomodating as could be given the circumstances. In short I wouldn't revisit or refer anyone I love or care for.

I was charged more than I was supposed to pay there was no place to park and I don’t know what’s going on at that place, but there were cars pulling in and out of people that didn’t even have rooms it was extremely noisy people, yelling, screaming, and hollering all night and day Was very disappointed

This property would be great if it wasn’t for the people that are under the influence of drugs. Burn outs everywhere around this hotel and surrounding. Definitely couldn’t let my teenage sons walk by theirselves to the beach or back to the room. Under the beds were dirty. Definitely don’t leave anything on the railings they will be thrown out. It’s a must you bring own dishes and cooking materials. Our room had kitchen and stove. It doesn’t cook evenly. Our refrigerator didn’t work so after a day the owner brought us a brand new one. Perfect place if you are an adult not for families with small children.

The AC couldnt keep up with room size. There was crack around the bottom and side of door to let heat in. Beds were not comfortable and sheets wouldnt stay on beds. Front desk staff were not friendly and cleaning people were always smoking at bottom of stairwell which drifted in through cracks in our room!

If you love roaches, this is the place for you!!! We complained about the roaches right after we got there. We were handed a can of Raid. No refunds!!!! He tried to extort more money from me when we reported the fridge didn’t work. Wanted $102 more for a new fridge. He jipped me laundry money and there was one a/c in the wall over the kitchen sink. It was hot and that a/c unit couldn’t keep up. We had to sleep with our doors open to our room because there was no central air. The floors were sandy when we got there. Roaches, roaches, ROACHES! RUN AWAY!!!

It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. It was dirty, it had one outlet in by the bed, the shower cut in did not fit the shower and water was everywhere, there was no hairdryer, no maid service, no toilet paper and the water did not drain in the sink. I went to the office for extra towels (we were staying 3 nights) and they complained saying there was only two of us in the room. I explained we were staying 3 nights and that the shower curtain was too small for the shower and there was water everywhere she said she would have someone change the curtain but never did. I asked for more toilet paper and she complained. I asked for wash rags cause we had none in the room when we got here. Absolutely the worst hotel and staff I ever experienced!!

They came in clutch!

Had to book at the last minute for a birthday get away. They came in clutch. Manager was super awesome, upgraded for free after we told him it was a birthday trip. We are smokers and the option to smoke on the balcony was a big plus. Great view of the beach. All in all, if you need a place at the last second and want direct beach access. Go for it.

Very outdated hotel. They should be ashamed charging what they charge for a 2 night stay! The only good thing I have to say is the bed was clean. Lots of arguing, screaming and loud noises during the night There was a blood trail on the balcony, police came 3 times, saw 1 person get arrested! An ambulance showed up, and the gas was siphoned out of a truck parked next to their parking lot. Sketchy people loitering around, begging for money, not a very nice neighborhood. Stressed me out staying there. Not what I expected for a short weekend getwaway. This property is in dire need of a complete overhaul and upgrade! Don't stay there! It's not worth the money!!!

We checked in and immediately checked out they tried to show us other rooms but they all were trash and smelled like smoke and BO. Then they are refusing to give a refund even though we didn’t stay. I have a two year old and not even 5 minutes of walking around with no shoes on her feet were BLACK. There was no toilet paper holder, stained and cig burned blankets. Stained chairs floors had old used plastic spoons. Old food. It was absolutely awful and to not offer a refund is absolutely absurd. This whole place needs to be shut down
