这里的早餐特别棒！还提供酒！这是我唯一一家碰到早餐有酒精饮料的酒店，这里的黄油煎蘑菇超级美味！！培根和鸡蛋也非常好吃！这家酒店是我出行以来碰到的早餐性价比最高的酒店！可能是因为这个酒店带有餐厅，总之早餐非常推荐！酒店的装修风格类似中高端快捷酒店装修。是我喜欢的Tiffany蓝的色调！房间提供我比较喜欢好喝的胶囊咖啡~性价比不错，酒店的位置也很好，地铁站就在酒店门口，打车去机场UBER10欧 酒店附近就有28路。地铁出行，步行都非常方便。 唯一的遗憾就是房间太小了！！太小了~~放不下一个大行李，挤得满满的！！！但是胜在房间干净新装修，床品也舒服。下次可以定一个大一些的房间，在同样的价位里 这个酒店推荐，性价比高~

Great City Break

It took a while to get used to the bathroom in the room but ultimately that wasn't a problem. The shower was wonderful. The housekeeping was 2nd to none. Really good and we travel a lot. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The coffee shop downstairs was ideal with a great breakfast. My only critique would be in sockets for recharging. I brought a double adaptor so it was fine but if i hadnt it would have been a problem as my single adaptor just fell out next to the bed. Also we were a bit concerned by how close it was to the basin. Small quibble though. The location near the metro was what made it for us. Perfect for our trip Compliments to all the staff.

Sehr sauber, sehr nettes Personal, neue Ausstattung. Morgens sollte man den Gästen, die kein Frühstück gebucht haben, den Kaffee etc. verkaufen. Es waren morgens kaum Gäste da und ich fand es etwas merkwürdig, dass man keine Getränke kaufen konnte.

Dommage la chambre était petite car le grand lit était collé au mur donc pas de passage pour l une des deux personnes. Décevant pour un quatre étoiles. Sinon le personnel était très gentil et le petit déjeuner était très bien

Cuidado!!! Fomos furtados por algum funcionário Pi

Fomos furtados por algum funcionário ao deixar as malas no guarda volumes na recepção ao chegar no hotel. Meu filho tinha uma nota de 100 euros, a recepcionista viu ele mexendo na carteira pra guardar o troco da taxa de turismo e deixar a carteira na mochila junto com as malas. Após voltar dos passeios, pegarmos as malas para a entrada no quarto e notamos que os 100 euros foram furtados. Ao relatar esse delito para a gerente Isabel e para a funcionária Gloria, ambas informaram que não existe gravação das imagens no interior do depósito das malas, apenas na entrada e portanto, ao assistir as imagens não foi possível identificar a autoria do furto e nada fizeram a respeito. Segurança muito falha. Lamentável!!!

We loved our time in Lisbon and the hotel was a convenient, comfortable place to stay. The free breakfast was fabulous. The hotel didnt have any particularly breathtaking qualities but the location and staff were perfect. The toilet seat had a large crack in it, the wardrobes were in the bathroom, the bed looked like it belonged in Amsterdam, the staff wore pyjamas and the bar closed before 10pm leaving us unable to get a beer to enjoy on the roof terrace when we returned home in the evening ... yet somehow it worked and I'm really glad we stayed here.

Perfect for exploring Lisbon

Great hotel, clean, comfortable and modern. Was in a great location, very close to the metro and tram stations- everything we needed for our three day trip to Lisbon. The staff were very helpful and friendly- wpuld highly recommend.

The staff at this property were amazing. They even got the cleaning lady to clean the mold that was in my room on the wall next to my bed which bothered me very much but they took care of it. Most people might not noticed it cause it was towards the top part of the wall.

Das Hotel ist ein wunderschönes Schmuckstück mitten in der Stadt. Aussergewöhnlich und trotzdem bequem eingerichtet fühlt man sich hier sehr wohl. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und ausreichend (gibt auch Bohnen aber Gott sei dank nicht nur englisch), der Kaffeautomat macht viele und leckere heiße Getränke und der Frühstücksraum ist groß genug, bequem und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt neben der Metrostation Intedente, von der die ganze Stadt sehr schnell zu erreichen ist. Am Flughafen ist man mit 1x Linienwechsel in ca. 20 min, Praca do Comercio 5 min, Sporting Stadion direkte Linie in 10 min und Benfica Stadion mit 1x Linienwechsel in 15 min max. Zu Fuß ist man auch schnell am Zentralplatz (30 Min gemütliches Gehen). Neben der Metroverbindung befinden sich die Tram- und Busstationen auch direkt neben dem Hotel. Trotz der belebten Straße in der sich das Hotel befindet, konnten wir sehr gut schlafen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, bedanken uns recht herzlich beim Personal und werden definitiv wieder dieses Hotel buchen beim nächsten Lissabon besuch.

We did not have great experience at this hotel honestly I don’t know how they are 4 starts. They should have 2-3 starts hotel. The hotel itself was clean but the location was bad and not clean. And so many homeless around there. Noisy with ambulans and constructions. First they canceled our reservations due to not having room and transfer us to a different hotel but when we asked we don’t want to go and refund us, they refused to give us a refund and they told us we need to pick WC hotel or another hotel that they transfer us. The room was really really small that you can’t even move there. That room was good for one single person not for a couple. You could hear the footsteps of person above you and was hard to sleep. We didn’t have good experience and I don’t recommend to anyone who is traveling to Portugal.

What a fabulous hotel. Quirk but classy. Beautifully styled. Everything you need with style too. The breakfast was amazing so much choice. The food was beautiful. The surroundings are gorgeous. Plenty outside the hotel and a half hour walk to the seafront. Really handy. Metro stop Intendente right outside. Easy from the airport with one change. Staff are so friendly. Lovely stay will definitely be back.
