This is the first place that actually placed attention to details. The window can be opened without issues, room is spacious, there is heating and also air-conditioning. The furniture, doors, windows, are all made with craftsmanship. This is not usual for this price range in San Cristóbal. The area is perfect, right around the block from the andador de Guadalupe. This is the only hotel I've ever seen in san Cristóbal, with an underground spacious parking lot, and elevator. I will stay here again for sure. Water pressure in shower is good, and it doesn't smell like sewage or humidity, like so many others.

Un hotel con buenas condiciones habitaciones limpias y buenas amenidades. Bastante céntrico, sin embargo no logramos encontrar espacio en el estacionamiento por el exceso de huéspedes.

La propiedad estaba limpia, contaba con amenidades básicas para la estancia y el personal fue muy amable. Sin embargo, las habitaciones no cuentan con suficiente aislamiento de ruido y se escucha TODO de un cuarto a otro. Durante nuestra estancia hubo huéspedes muy ruidosos azotando puertas, gritando durante la madrugada y no se les llamó la atención. Las habitaciones no tienen suficientes contactos para conectar o cargar dispositivos, tampoco hay suficientes ganchos en el baño para colgar las toallas. El wifi no funcionaba la mayoría del tiempo.
