Unacceptable Laundry Charges in an Otherwise Nice
The hotel is beautiful and offers many amenities with a relaxing atmosphere. The property is well-maintained and provides various options for leisure and comfort. However, we were quite disappointed with the level of hospitality.
We asked to have our laundry done and were told there was a price list based on individual items. Unfortunately, no one informed us about the estimated total cost. To our shock, we were charged $250 USD for a single load of laundry.
We questioned the amount immediately, as it didn’t seem reasonable, and after a long discussion with the staff, we were eventually given a 20% discount the next day. Still, $200 USD for one load of laundry remains extremely overpriced.
We found this experience very disappointing. In a hotel of this standard, we expected better communication, transparency, and a more guest-oriented approach.
