One Sweet Suite!

This was a wonderful suite, clean, well furnished. The hotel was kept spotless. The staff was polite, cordial and helpful. ESPECIALLY Danyale (I believe I spelled her name correctly.) She was so kind, authentic, and adorable. Having not been in the Dallas area for almost 50 years, her recommendations were most appreciated.

Freezing cold showers

My family and i stayed for 3 nights and everyday we had to take cold showers because of issues with the water heaters. An issue that has apparently been going on for some time. All employees had a different excuse as to why it didnt work.

The hotel was mediocre at best. It provided a roof over our heads during our trip. The staff was friendly for the most part. The rooms are advertised as sound proof, complete lies! I could hear conversations clearly in the hallway from other rooms. We had to move rooms after the first night because there were children above us running. Our last night there, there was no hot water & still was none when we checked out. We inquired & were told it was property wide. So we didn’t even get hot showers. With the breakfast, I found small black bugs in the cereal. I did let someone know as a courtesy & not as a complaint. The manager immediately said “there are no bugs here” until I showed him the 2 I found in my food then he changed to “Well it’s getting hot outside”. I didn’t even want to complain initially. I just wanted him to be aware so they could throw it out. Overall, I would NOT recommend. The part about it was that it was close to six flags.

The front desk staff was very helpful and nice! The hotel is bare bones, but clean. My only issue with the hotel was a moldy smell in our room, and staff helped. The property is dated, but very comfortable, and well-run, and was very close and convenient to our destination.

This place is a literal joke!!!!

This motel stay was terrible from check in on. They first checked in someone else under our name. After almost an hour, we finally got a room. We’ve been charged 3 times for the same room three times! Along with a deposit that we were told was charged half up front and half when we left. None of this makes any sense and no one can or will explain why this happened! We were refunded the first charged immediately after going to the desk for the second time. A third time that we were called to pay for this room AFTER midnight, we were charged twice. One charge is still pending refund three days later! Every person we spoke to was rude and acted as if we had inconvenienced them. Also, you have to request housekeeping, they don’t come in and replace towels or make the bed or anything! Also had to have our key reset twice. Honestly, this was the worst motel experience we’ve ever had! We definitely won’t be staying here again or using comfort suites anymore! Still waiting on our refund also!
