Hice mi reservación en Expedia con más de un mes de anticipación , pero al llegar al hotel me indicaron que no tenían el espacio reservado. Me devolvieron el dinero, pero al final tuve que comenzar a buscar en otros lugares y finalmente tuve que pagar más caro mi hospedaje. Fatal la logística.

Hice una reserva desde el 23 de marzo para el 18 de mayo. Al llegar, se había sobrevendido y no tenían habitaciones. Si bien devolvieron el monto y logré encontrar otro hospejade en el mismo día, la experiencia de mi viaje a Playa Puntarenas se vio afectada. También les recomiendo que consigan espacio para parqueo adicional pues el que tienen es muy pequeño e incómodo.

The stay was just ok

It was ok. The room wasn’t that great. Not alot of comfort but my family and I were only staying for a quick overnight. The morning service was great. Staff was friendly and breakfast was very good. The pool seems to be the hi-lite of the hotel. Kids loved it. overall stay was ok. We didn’t venture outside the hotel.

Nice modern place. Only about 25 rooms. Pool area is great but gets real busy on the weekends. Reasonably priced but bring money if you want to eat or drink there. A more affordable option is the beach plaza towards the lighthouse. Lots of food trucks and street vendors

Great beds and food but needs some renovation

Overall the stay was great. Service was great. The food was really good. We booked one of the rooms with ocean view because it was a special occasion. The room was rather dated especially the bathroom. The shower area was really tiny. We didn’t use the jacuzzi but it looked like it was from the 70’s. The beds were amazing, really comfortable. During check in, we didn’t get any info about breakfast service hours and/or location, wifi info, check out time, which I would have expected from a place charging $177 per night. Overall I felt it was pricey from what we got so if we ever get back, we won’t be booking the sea view room. Location is great, very close to the lighthouse.

Lovely hotel next to the water and promenade. Comfortable rooms. We had a sea view which has a nice balcony and floor to ceiling windows. Great during the day, unfortunately at night the noise from the road is pretty bad.

I had a terrible night's sleep as the beds are rock hard. This is NOT an exaggeration. I appreciate a firm bed BUT these beds were beyond firm to extremely uncomfortable. Aside from that, the room was clean and neat. The tv was old with no HDMI port available and NO Netflix or English speaking options. There is NO bolt or chain available on your door at night on the inside for extra security as is common for most ALL hotel rooms.

No es el hotel más bonito, pero cumple con lo mínimo indispensable. La atención del personal es muy buena, lo que rescata la calificación. La habitación es muy sencilla, tiene ventilador y aire acondicionado que funcionan bien, pero las camas estuvieron para morirse, deformes y sin soporte. Pero lo que afectó mi estancia es que en los pisos superiores, se escuchan las palomas y los gatos a todas horas danzando en el techo. En la madrugada es complicado. La piscina estuvo bien, todo alrededor de ella, está en "buenas condiciones". El restaurante no es el mejor, pero 7.5 de 10 lo calificaría. El dicho: Más vale malo conocido, que bueno por conocer... Aplicaría si paso por aquí en el futuro.
