Was a basic and cheap motel which suited the 5 of us in a two bedroom apartment for the weekend. We were hardly there in the day. Not the cleanest or flashest but affordable. Kitchen with jug, toaster, stove top, microwave, fridge and all basic cooking utensils available. Great location, walking distance to town or water front. Staff were lovely and helpful when we needed things. Parking available but very tight and a steep driveway to get up to the carpark.

Convenient location for the city. There were a few things missing from the room, which were replaced very quickly by the staff. The main annoyance was being awoken early by demolition work to the building next door, but just unlucky timing on our part.

close to city. Room sufficient for our needs, very noisy,might of gotten 2 hrs sleep in total, sirens going , heard everything, dont know if thats the norm, but they had pride parade that weekend. would i return, no. Probably pay a bit more for comfort. They do have limited parking if u are quick at booking. Reception guy was friendly

While the bed and bedding was nice, the towel rail was broken, the sliding door into the toilet didn't slide very well. Big white stains on the curtains. Reception was meant to be open until 7pm but wasn't. And you needed to check in before you got there. No parking unless you book it but it doesn't say that until you arrive.

The motel was ideal for us, for the location. It was very basic. The bathroom door was very stiff and unwieldy. One evening it was so hard to move I thought I was trapped. The shower was very powerful which was lovely. The "shared" kitchen was not well equipped and not too clean. The outside of the hotel did not look anything like the photograph on the web site. Neither did the bedroom, but then we had a budget room and I figure the photographs were of other rooms
