I stayed for two nights; thanks for upgrading the sea view suite, the room is good size and tidy, but the individual facilities and services are not worth the price of nearly HKD 2,000 for one night; points need to improve:
/ The tap head of the double porcelain basin in the bathroom is too close to the basin's surface, which is very inconvenient to use.
/ Mini-bar does not have a wine opener or wine glass (not significant); call Housekeeping to borrow a bottle opener, and then go out for 4 hours and return; it has not been delivered. I have to call again to ask for it. It has spoiled our celebratory mood.
/ The toilet doesn't seem to be ventilated (faulty, or I didn't find the switch).
/ The lobby front desk or the concierge can't even assist in breaking up a ten-dollar change.
/ The atmosphere of the whole hotel is relatively lonely, including the casino and 24-hour restaurant. The exterior walls of the hotel also need to be refurbished. The epidemic seems to have made operating difficult in the past few years, which is understandable. But as a consumer, I will not stay at this price again.
