A charming stop at a great price.

This a great representation of the old time Ma and Pa motels. The room was suitable size for 2 people and 1 bed, but not large. The bed was great, and the furnishings were classic for that era. The genuine wood paneling was in great condition, and the other room furniture and other furnishings were quality wood pieces as well. Very well decorated. The room was clean, the bathroom and shower were small but functional and the office staff was charming and efficient. We would certainly stay again.

the carpet was sticking to my feet, the tv is from 1990, there is daylight through the door, I have stayed in a lot of rooms and this by far beets them all for the worst ever.

Staff was VERY friendly, probably the friendliest I have ever dealt with when I have checked into a hotel over the past 38 years of traveling. The rooms is rustic and quaint. we would stay there again if we ever return to Arco.

The room was clean, and the hotel manager was very nice. The building is old, so the room could use some renovations, but it is more than functional. The only real issue is the bed. The mattress is awful; it’s full of dips and lumps and creaks loudly with any movement, and the pillows are hard and flat.

The stay was comfortable enough considering the small town off the beaten path. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The only negative was the bathroom flooring wasn’t installed properly so that it squeaks as you walk on it. The heater was rather noisy also.

Super easy check in! Katie was friendly & helpful! There’s not many options in town for rooms & this hotel was clean & convenient. No extras & out dated but we slept well & we’re out the door in the morning for Craters of the Moon.

The motel is in a good location. This place is cute. However it needs major remodeling done. The room we were in had electrical issues in the bathroom. Sometimes the light was bright and sometimes it was very dim. Also the bathroom door would stick at the top and you had to help the person get out. We tried to watch TV but the cable wasn't set up and the wifi was to weak to use. I would have went to the office and asked for help setting up the cable but the lady really didn't want to be bothered and she let you know. As for the beds... you either sit down lightly and slow or you're getting bucked off! The beds jiggle like a bowl of jello (was fun until you try to sleep). Also was told that the air conditioner was new. Great! It was definitely the loudest air conditioner I've ever heard. Plus good luck with the parking!
