Positive - Definitely a property with one of the best views on the island and is absolutely gorgeous. The room itself looked nice overall however there were some issues that made it a step down for us. The room was not very clean and we located bugs throughout the kitchen and in the cabinets. The shower head was broken so it only provided a full stream of pressure. The showers also even though warm would never get “hot”. Beach towels were supposed to be provided but were not provided until asked for and that was only a day later so we ended up purchasing our own in order to not miss a day at the beach.

The liked the quality of the beach and the convenience of the dining options. Stay is classified as a hotel but its not and this needs to be changed. Stayed 5 days and only had 1 set of linens and towels for the entire stay which is super unsanitary.

Our unit A-104 was on the beach and very close to the three restaurants & bar. It was also a very short drive to the Red Hook area which had shopping, dining, bars & a grocery store. Bathroom was nice & spacious. Rest of unit had a great layout. Would stay here again.

-View from room and the balcony was 5 star and the beach area and bar was 4 star -Location to restaurants and ferry was great; however, the room itself smelled like smoke and was not cleaned sufficiently which was very disappointing. The parking lot at this resort is terrible and needs major work.

Property was in the process of a makeover so at least they’re trying. I’m sure it’s being saved till last due to all the heavy equipment being used, but the parking lot needed graded and holes filled in. Overall good experience. Definitely will be back!

We loved view of Paradise overall. The room the we stayed in was not very nice. The owner of that place was not available to give us the room number and code to get in on the first day we were there. We had to stay at another resort for one night until the owner got back to us with instructions. That was the worst experience!! Once we got into the room it just wasn’t very nice. The decor was terribly outdated. The shower head leaked, the toilet would run until we fixed it, the pillows on the bed were the worst we’ve ever slept on. Nothing was appealing about the room except the view. The view was beautiful. The bartenders were amazing. We loved the area we stayed in, but the room itself and the owner of that room….not so much. The room was C204. I would never go back to that specific room. I heard that other places were much nicer. For the amount of money we spent we definitely expected more.

The view of rhe ocean and beach was the best and all the activities are there, jet skiing, boat rides, fishing, snorkeling, parasailing. You dont have to leave this place. The rooms are little out dated but still nice.

The property was conveniently located near town with a multitude of restaurants. The fairy is also located 5 minutes away to go to St. John. The property is located on a beautiful beach with plenty of access. The pool is very nice. The grounds and room were very clean. There are a few bars and restaurants on site and also within walking distance up the hill. The owners are very kind and attentive. I would definitely go back.

we love sapphire beach. its beautiful there and has everything available to you. the condo was spacious and clean the bed was comfortable..the kitchen had everything we needed if we wanted to cook and has a regular coffee maker and one that takes kcups..we loved our stay there
