First, the photos of the hotel prior to booking were likely taken years ago. The furniture was old and the room was dirty. Second, they gave me a room next to a family with a kid that screamed most of the night, so I got no rest the first night. When I complained, they moved me to a room for the second night and didn't tell me they were doing construction. So at 7AM above my room they were banging and sawing. When I complained about that, the clerk lied and said he told me about the construction. I would have never taken a room had they told me they were doing construction early in the morning.
Trying to reach the owner for some kind of credit but according to the clerk, who said he was the manager, will probably lie to the owner as well.
Run I mean run from this lousy hotel in a very seedy area. They say it's in North Hills, but it is in one of the seediest areas of the San Fernando Valley.
Run, I mean run from this lousy hotel. It was dirty, loud and it was a two day nightmarish hotel stay. One star is too high for this property, especially the customer service.
