Value for money room

4 nights, checked in to a broken room heater not working. Changed to a nicer warm room. There is only one staff at the front desk. Staff is helpful. Comfortable bed n nice pillow. Great location, close by are airport bus, Metro, St Denis eateries. Will stay again.

Très mal reçue , pas de clé de chambre pendant 2jours, obligée de demander une personne de la réception pour ouvrir la porte à chaque sortie de la chambre et longue attente aux périodes d'affluence, pas de personnel supplémentaire pour palier à ce désagrément.. Draps pas nets, serviettes de toilettes pleines de poils et tachées . Propreté de la salle de bain douteuse ...Déçue par l'emplacement, pas trop loin du centre ville mais quartier des SDF et des drogués, certains viennent même le soir se droguer dans le hall de l'hôtel sous l'oeil amusé des réceptionnistes ..Enfin, très étonnée de voir cet hôtel recommandé par Hotel.com , à éviter ..

Le luxe hôtel ou empire hôtel médiocre

Hormis le positionnement de l’hôtel , le service, l’hygiène global de l’hôtel ainsi que le mobilier (confort) ne sont pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 1 étoile. Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel si l’on recherche un confort qualité prix. Surtout pas si on est pointu que la qualité du service. La salle de sport n’est pas fonctionnelle , les machines sont mortes rien à voir l’annonce. Le petit déjeuné est vraiment nul. C’est au client de nettoyer leur tables.

Never book here!

This is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Ever. Not only did we have a mandatory online $250 additional deposit in addition to the room charge for 1 night, it contradicted online information as a ‘hold’ (not charged to my credit card). I was told it would be reversed in 3-5 business days as a charge to my credit card. I was refused written receipts at the desk to this effect. That night I went to the bathroom barefoot and got a shard of glass lodged in my foot. The bathtub was darkly stained (brown). In the morning we had cleaning staff enter our room 1 hr before checkout, telling us that our room was ‘checked out and listed as vacant’. I refused to let them in. I then received a phone call that we were not supposed to be in the room. The front desk was ‘unaware’ of the mistake and said they’d inform the manager. At no time did anyone assist. They ignored my request for a simple plastic bag to help me separate rain-soaked clothes from dry clothing in my luggage. WE DO NOT have anything plastic. But, all their waste bins have plastic bags. The continental (breads only) breakfast was a competition just for a tiny basket of 10 croissants. Just 1 staff person desperately trying to refill milk, bread, juice during 8:00 am ‘rush period’. No food at 10am. This is a sorely outdated and sad hotel. Don’t stay here at any price per night. We paid almost $200 for a double bedroom, plus a $250 additional deposit. No help from the front desk!

Hôtel correct mais la lumière de la salle bain dysfonctionnait. Nous l’avons signalé, mais rien n’a été fait. Manque de personnel pour le petit déjeuner, il fallait constamment attendre une place pour s’asseoir, que le buffet soit réapprovisionné. Il manquait tout le temps quelque chose, que ce soit de la nourriture, des couverts.

I called the hotel to confirm they had elevators directly to the rooms as I am traveling with a person that requires wheelchair access. The hotels has elevators, however, they service 2 floors, from the elevator you would need to go upstairs or downstairs to your room. The confirmation they had elevators to the rooms ended up being very inconvenient for a 5 day stay

Hotellin julkisivu on hyvässä kunnossa, mutta valitettavasti huoneet kaipaisivat remonttia. Kylpyhuoneessa niin huono ilmanvaihto, että siellä on ruostetta. Aamupala oli todella kehno, valikoima oli heikko (esim. hedelmiä ei ollut juuri lainkaan), eikä täydennyksiä tullut kuin pyytämällä. Liikenneyhteydet ovat hyvät, sillä lähettyvillä on kolmen metrolinja metroasema. ja lisäksi 747-linjan bussit lentokentältä pysähtyvät viereen.

Won’t be back

1. The photos on the app for the room don’t look even remotely close to the hotel rooms. 2. It says continental breakfast on the app but the hotel website says “all you can imagine breakfast” and there was only toast, mini muffins, and pancakes. 3. It looks like they spent all their time and money on the front foyer and left their rooms back in the late 1900’s/early 2000’s. The wallpaper in the room was falling off, AC barely worked, and holes in the curtains. 4. Front desk had an attitude not with just me but others around.

Poor communication and cleaning

Location is excellent.. communication between front reception and house cleaning is extremely poor… unfortunately due to lack of cleaning of our room after multiple requests, I would not stay at this hotel again.
