地點非常好 出門就是大街 有24小時的咖啡點心吧 但隔音普通 因為在鬧區 晚上可能會聽到外面還很嗨的群眾聲音 服務人員態度良好 但這次住宿房間冷氣的調整有點問題 除此之外都不錯 小陽台可以吃宵夜滿讚的

We had a great stay at this hotel. Check-in was easy, and the customer service was excellent. We especially enjoyed the breakfast delivered to our door each morning. It was a thoughtful touch. Free coffee downstairs was a nice bonus as well. The location is fantastic, with a convenience store right across the hotel. The air conditioning was strong (a must for us), and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

If you are looking for a place to sleep is very good clean rooms with walking distances of all mayor attractions . Very busy street. From desk very helpful.But is you are looking for a nice lobby with a nice bar to sit at the end of the day this is not you hotel But I will stay here again

Room was nice, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly. The photos are misleading as many are of the rooftop bar and a kitchen that aren't actually part of the hotel, we expected them to be. Location is very central on an extremely busy street. We found the price very expensive.

Great location! Convenient to everything for a tourist in this city. My room happen to be ready and was able to check in earlier which was super convenient and a big plus. Water and a breakfast snack was provided on my door knob each morning - was a nice surprise each morning. The room had the most amazing thermostat controller - on the wall of my nightstand reachable while I was laying down in bed. My room had a mini fridge which was super. The only thing negative was that my room faced the street window and I heard street noise into the night and morning and if it wasn’t for my headset, I would not have been able to sleep.

Tive uma excelente estadia no B&B Madrid Centro Puerta del Sol. A localização é simplesmente perfeita, bem no centro de Madrid, com fácil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos, metrô e ótimos restaurantes. O quarto era confortável, limpo e tranquilo, ideal para descansar após um dia de passeios. Um detalhe que fez toda a diferença foi o mimo deixado diariamente pela manhã: um pacotinho com duas garrafas de água e roscas ou croissants na porta do quarto. Um gesto simples, mas muito atencioso, que demonstra o cuidado com os hóspedes. A equipe foi sempre simpática e prestativa. Sem dúvida, recomendo a estadia e voltaria a me hospedar aqui em uma próxima visita a Madrid.

Excellent central location - 2 minutes walk from the metro station. Large, modern room. Roomy and powerful shower. Large and comfortable bed. Large TV, limited range of English channels. Free water, muffins and pastries delivered to room every morning. Friendly and efficient staff. Free fruit juice, tea, coffee, fruit, cookies and biscuits in the communal room in the basement. Free safe in room. Friendly and efficient staff. Mini fridge was rather noisy. Excellent sound proofing with the window closed but noisy on a night when it was open. We were on the fifth floor and there was a lot of noise from the roof bar late in an evening that sounded like it was staff cleaning up and it went on until after midnight. Would definitely stay there again
