Do not stay here at all cost. Our booking was for three nights. The only positive is the property location, in the middle of everything if you want that. Otherwise no front desk and property management is not responsive. First it took a few attempts to get a hold of some to collect our key, 2nd no A/C, it was broken (In August), 3rd, no running water. Could not reach property management, finally they showed up and said we will return. Never returned. Lastly, Hotels.com only helped by offering a 28% voucher. I argued I did not receive the service I ordered. Hotels.com claimed they didn't get refunded so I couldn't get refunded. The fact is I ordered through Hotels.com and Hotels.com should make this right. I have attempted to escalate this with no response. I'm not surprised. Try finding a number or department to submit a complaint to Hotels.com or Expedia.
