So So stay
The Boutique is in a small street isolated from noise. It's about a 15min walk either end to shops and restaurants.
The staff are very friendly. I had mixed feelings about the stay because the cleanliness of the room. We stayed in the studio poolside, which was great because to reach the higher floors you had to use the stairs. Mind you it was only 4 levels high (i think).
We only stayed for 2 nights and to be honest I was grateful we did. I found a lot of creepy crawlies around the room, centipedes, large cockroaches and I swear I heard either possums or very large rats or cats in the walls. Overall, I did not have a comfortable sleep due to being paranoid.
I'm not sure the rooms are soundproof because we heard furniture being moved or something being dragged a few times. Thankfully there was only 2 or 3 occupied rooms. Our room door was a sliding door which used a key. There was a small gap between the door and wall which didn't make me feel too safe.
Apart from that the boutique had a great ambience and maybe don't book the studio poolside room. The other rooms looked more welcoming.
