no information about their available rooms or the entire accomodations are all on 3 rd floor, without elevators. I could have canceled on the spot but no refund for the reservation i made. just a small space at reception desk, no available rest room in that skimpy lobby.
I can honestly say look around Dipolog with good , clean hotels even cheaper than this Meaco hotel.
