Hotel location is fantastic, close to shops and restaurants which are fab. 20mins drive from the beach. Hotel itself was amazing. Immaculately clean. Staff are super friendly, the breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. I can not recommend this place enough. I will definitely be going back!!!

Great stay in a spacious and clean quiet room with modern decor and A/C. Very helpful staff and early check-in was possible and appreciated. Dinner at the adjacent Eighteen restaurant was nice and with the discount for hotel residents was good value. The hotel is well located to walk around the historic sites and harbourside of Christchurch, very pleasant. There is a bay of parking spaces opposite the hotel.

An amazing hotel made even better by the 5 star staff. So helpful and friendly. We had breakfast and an evening meal and both were just perfect. Our room had lovely aircon, which was really appreciated. I would recommend the Kings Arms to anyone wanting to go somewhere for a treat.

We booked a cosy room which was very cosy with a decent sized bathroom. It was clean and had an iron and ironing board and Nespresso machine. Parking was across the road from the hotel which was in a quiet location but close to amenities. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open on Sunday night.

A lovely setting just opposite the priory. Helpful staff. A comfortable room except that it was impossible to open the windows. The towel rack in the bathroom was switched on permanently (during the heatwave) and it meant you had to have the airconditioning on at all times. Not the most sustainable of options. Apart from that, a lovely place to stay in a charming village.

The staff were brilliant. So welcoming, kind and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed, gave us so information about the local area. The breakfast was delicious. The view out to the park was beautiful especially with a lovely rainbow over the river. The room was very comfortable.
