I went into my room discovering that the sheets they put on the mattress did not fit, leaving the bottom of the mattress exposed. I went to the desk with a picture of the matress and the employee went to get sheets and handed the to me for me to fix the problem. I wasn't aware that I worked at the hotel. I was flabbergasted and to try to curb my dissatisfied I had my additional guest ask for a room change since they weren't able to have housekeeping, which should have been the automatic go to, to fix the issue, we were denied saying there was nothing else that could be done. Well I hope that my complaint to Marriot corporate as well as here will bring light to this issue because if i am to be an hourly employee at Fairfield Marriott Canton, MI, I am missing a days pay for housekeeping. I am also not able to download the photos i took.
