Beautiful room - horrible service.

The cottages are clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The food in the restaurant was good - but the overall property needs a lot of love. The area is not walkable at all - you need a rental or to taxi everywhere. The service here was horrific - the hotel and restaurant staff were absolutely rude and not accommodating of anything in any way. If you’re expecting to be treated like a human being - better be ready to pay for that wish cash or stay elsewhere.

Beautiful stay

The hotel arranged the pick up for us, the driver was punctaul and polite. We were taken directly to the cottage which was exactly how it’s looked in the photos and described. Clean, fresh, lovely. Stunning views, lovely bedding. Small touches that made such a difference. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our every request. Both receptionists were great especially Ronecia who is a diamond. The gym is good, pool lovely. The tennis court was undergoing some form of work which was disappointing as we love to play and it was not stated on the website. Restaurant food was tasty and the menu was great to accommodate most dietary needs. The bar had an international selection of drinks on offer. I look forward to returning and I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are looking for a peaceful beautiful break. Thx

Lovely Accommodation!

Beautifully updated accommodations; loved the layout of the room and the view from our balcony. Could prepare a simple meal in the small kitchen if so inclined. A couple items which could be improved: bathroom drains were slow draining and the shower floor was slippery (a rubber mat for the shower would prevent slippages).

The staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet , clean and well kept. The hotel provided basics such as toiletries , beach towels, bathing towels , hair dryer, fully stocked kitchen & complimentary water. I used cab services to get around but everything was close by car. Definitely would stay there again.

Peaceful comfortable accommodations!

Absolutely serene setting and excellent accommodations. There is a kitchenette so you can make coffee and have snacks in your room. The bathroom was enormous. The restaurant was very good and right on the property. The view overlooking the harbour was fantastic. The pool not so great which was a downside because there isn't a real beach here either. Especially when compared to the other beaches on the island. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful relaxing setting and you are renting a car. Excellent value. Staff were lovely!

Not worth the price

We stayed a week. The room was clean and had a James Bond flair. The bed was firm. Housekeeping was supposed to come every day but didn’t. The pool is up a sketchy high path. Nice pool though. No beach around. The restaurant food was average, service not great. Very slow. There is a free shuttle to Grand Anse beach Mon-Fri but twice it wasn’t working. They also pick up employees so can get crowded (9 of us in a van made for 5). I don’t feel the hotel was worth the price.

One of the best hotels ever

Absolutely fabulous hotel! I was overwhelmed with its beauty. It was so quiet at the beginning of the year,so we had pool just for ourselves. Incredible comfort,peaceful and breathtaking view. Very,very tasty food in the restaurant and most of all - stuff is extremely flexible and helpful. They let us check in hours before and check out in the late afternoon,as we had an evening flight. That was life changing. Thank you so much for everything!

Very spacious cottages in Spanish style. Very good kitchenette, well equipped with quality dishes, and pots&pans. Very spacious bathroom. Great view of Mt. Hartmans Bay and Secret Harbour marina. Staff are very helpful and very accommodating.
