First and last time we have been there but what to expect for the money we paid? No fridge was the biggest issue as weather was very hot and windows you could only open small parts which didn’t help at all, room stinks cuz not fresh air so yeah happy only stayed there one night that’s it. And no parking by the hotel also so if someone planned stay there for longer with few bags wish him luck carrying all especially when rooms are 1st or 2nd floor as there’s no lift either.

Tv was hanging of the wall by one screw with screen facing to the floor Curtain rail was hanging down with screws missing and both could have fell on my 7 year old who is very energetic and could have got a very heavy flat screen on his head. Was sick stains on wall next to our bed. And thick black dirt along top of headboards. Disgusting and I took photos and contacted management as it made our experience in skegness impacted and the kids where sad as the room was like it was in the 1980,s and had never had any disrepair sorted and was hazardous scary tbh .

Stayed here had a broken bathroom window on looking to a house . Heating did not work and had to ask for a heater as was freezing. The bed was more or less on the floor it was so low . The whole hotel looks like its been closed for years and someones re opened without doing anything . No sea view where i was either

When we arrived, we had a pleasant welcome, went to the room, it was tatty, all mismatched outdated furniture, paint on the bathroom floor, toilet seat wouldn't stay open ( This was sorted swiftly once reported). Room was very warm and only 2 small windows to open. The bed was very, very low, comfy, but tricky to get out of. Being on the seafront, we had to shut the windows as it was so noisy, that didn't make any difference, outside noise was very loud until gone midnight. What finished off an awful stay was a guest banging and kicking on a bedroom door at 4am in the morning and the occupant shouting at them for a good 30 minutes. When leaving in the morning, 2 people were sleeping in the foyer. All in all, worst stay we have ever had in skeggy, I would say you get what you pay for, however cheap it was it still was too much. Would 100% not recommend.
