酒店環境及員工一流，舒適，超值，唯一酒店門口未必可停車，有時要走一小段路先可進入，酒店裡有樓梯，如行動不方便者就不適合入住，我入住房間可適合4人使用，有2廁所，非常方便

We stayed 4 nights at this riad. We were welcomed by friendly staff and the front desk was always available for any questions or assistance. I loved the ambiance and serenity that the place provided (very quiet and peaceful). I would recommend this place 100%. We enjoyed our time in marrakech and was happy to experience the proximity of Jemaa el Fnaa and all the souks within the area. Bedroom and bathroom were clean. The only note I would make was that the mattress was a little too firm.

Very friendly and serviceminded staff. Good location in the Medina. Had a wounderful dinner at the riads roof one of the evenings at our stay. The roof area was nice to relax in at afternons and nice place for breakfasts. For us staying for a whole week we had welcomed a litle bit more variation in the breakfast menu, but the breakfast was noting to claim on. Absolutely recommended place to stay when visiting Marrakech

Absolutely wonderful staff and service. Quirky and cool family room, but a distinct smell of mildew in the room brought down the overall impression a bit. Only the main room was air conditioned which left the smaller bedroom very warm. Otherwise a wonderful place.

If you’re choosing to stay in the Medina, I highly recommend Riad Andallaspa. It’s a calm, beautiful oasis tucked away from the chaos outside. The space is beautiful, charming and peaceful, the staff are genuinely kind and helpful, and the rooftop breakfasts were a perfect start to each day. A great balance of local character and comfort.

Très bien situé, à proximité de la Place Jamaa El Fna et des souks. Le personnel est irréprochable toujours à l'écoute. Les plats marocains servis, sont dignes de restaurants 5 étoiles, sans parler de la terrasse et des salons mis à notre disponible. Simplement parfait.

Beautiful riad in the quiet section of the Medina. Close to everything. Wonderful staff. Beautiful rooftop restaurant. Had a wonderful massage. Breakfast was good. They helped us with transportation. Rooms are tiny and don’t offer much for storage or sitting.

Me and my friend arrived around 8PM and were greeted already near the taxi that had to leave us some metres away from the entrance due to road restrictions. The staff was super friendly, helpful and the stay started very welcoming. We had dinner on their terrace. Be warned - no menu is given, you are just served the food they cook for that day (we paid 25eur/each for 3 course meal). The food was delicious and loads of it. The rooms in the riyad are beatiful, unique, has its identity! Be ready to be woken up around 5am by Prayers from outside. Breakfast was also lovely, also in the terrace. During whole stay, the staff, the manager were very helpful, always with a smile. I would love to come back to Marrakesh and would stay in the same riyad. Advise to have local cash to pay for hotel, it saves on extra fee for card payments.

The complete experience and especially the staff and service were top-notch at this Riad. The rooms, common areas and especially the rooftop terrace are fantastic and very clean and immaculate. But frankly it is the staff that made the experience so wonderful. They are so warm and welcoming and quick to help with any need- the ones you ask for and the ones you don’t even realize you need. Abdula, Mustafa and Younes in particular treated us like family and would go back just to see them again. The location is also great. Just close enough to all the blessed chaos of Marrakech but just far enough off the main soul areas that you feel relaxed and in a zen zone when you return from your adventures.
