Very nice property manager. So loud from traffic on the road, paper thin walls, and barking dogs. Rooms very outdated and uncomfortable.

The property is in transition to vacation rentals. It does not really operate well as a motel. The room was not very clean, the heat was a problem. For a one or two night stay in Cooper Landing, it is OK at best.

Great location but it’s an older property made of wood you can hear everyone walking above & in Hallways the location couldn’t be better it’s really an Amazing spot. I would definitely stay again and it’s very close to all the Boats & Shoos
