We loved our stay, large room, great location, private parking, large victorian property, ideally located, close to amenities, and leas cliff, away from the hustle and bustle, pet friendly, very decent so what we paid, had city view, nice and cool avoiding direct sunlight, owners only a phone call away, no hassle, been here b4, love the family rooms. Excellent base for holiday, beach short drive, as the shoreline i below leas cliff. Great water pressure in 🚿

The family room was a good size and clean unfortunately the double bed had a dreadful squeak at every movement! However for one nights stay it was absolutely fine. I needed to wash and sterilise some baby bottles and despite it being 10pm the staff were very helpful and came back to give me access to the kitchen and microwave ( which again was very clean and tidy) we left too early for breakfast but I wouldn’t hesitate to book again for an overnight stop

I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were very nice and welcoming, and the room itself was clean and spacious. Parking was a bit of a challenge, as it was difficult to find a space nearby. The room was also very hot, and without air conditioning it was hard to cool it down, especially at night. The property could benefit from some renovations or updates, but despite these issues, the price–quality ratio was good and the experience was generally positive.
