Great place, great price, great location

We had a great stay! Merche and the owner we're great! It had just what we needed. Basic but perfect accommodations for people like us that were out exploring 90% of our stay and just wanted a good shower, clean room and comfy bed to sleep in.

When you look at the pictures, you think you will sleep in a queen/double bed with a vast room. I ended up in 6m squared room with a sofa/bed.

It was a clean room with comfortable bed. Did not like that it was on a third floor walk up with a small, poorly maintained, shared bathroom.

Our stay was ok, good value for the amount paid. Only thing unexpected was that some rooms in the house are rented and people live there 24/7 therefore we saw a lot of personal items spread all along the hallways, stairway needed some vacuuming. Wifi and TV available in the room. Friendly host.

The property itself is quite nice, but our experience was overshadowed by the caretaker’s unpleasant behavior. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, she was consistently rude and dismissive. Instead of clearly explaining the house rules, she made sarcastic and condescending remarks, which made the stay uncomfortable. It’s disappointing that such a well-presented property is managed with such poor hospitality.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans ce logement. Il est bien situé, à proximité d'un supermarché et des transports. . La cuisine et la salle de bains sont partagés. Le logement était très propre, excepté la salle de bains qui pourrait étre amélioré. La gardienne est très sympathique, elle vit sur place et peut vous renseigner facilement.

Decent location only positive

Decent location was the only positive. Accommodation was filthy and sheets had obviously not been cleaned from previous stay (hairs etc in sheets). Spent 1st night itching from (I presume) bedbugs before booking somewhere else. Shared bathroom was covered in mould.

Really enjoyed my stay. Room spacious and clean, fresh bedsheets and towels. There are several bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens per building, so does feel a bit like student accommodation (which I liked). The Spanish lady is amazing and needs a promotion! NOTE that I didn't receive a code from Expedia before arrival so said Spanish lady let me in. Internet password is on router in hallway.

Self check-in was confusing until I was able to open door and find key, then it made sense. Room & shared bathroom were clean. Free WiFi was too slow for watching streamed movies. Overall a very good value for the money.
