The best thing about this little place is the very charming and welcoming hosts – very funny and thoughtful people. They eschew predictable corporate dryness in favour of natural warmth and honesty.

Sehr süsses Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Für Italiennische Verhältnisse auch grosse Auswahl zum Frühstück. Wir könnten gratis Tennis spielen. Auch sehr schöne Strände in dieser Gegend. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Aldo and his team are fantastic! Warm, enthusiastic, and always ready to help. They truly made my stay special — you immediately feel welcome and well taken care of. And as a bonus: a beautiful beach that feels like the tropics, just a 5-minute walk from Capo Blu. Highly recommended!

Very nice little gem

We had an amazing night here. It was my husbands birthday. I ordered a bottle of sparkling wine in the room, as a surprise for him. When we arrived the bottle was in the room, and shortly after, the staff knocked on the door, and came with 4 small Sardinian cakes with Italian flags. We nejoyed them with the wine on the terrace. The breakfast was so delicious, everything was homemade, and so many options. We will definetely recommend this hotel!

Vraiment adorables! Je recommande vivement !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Capo Blu. . Our hosts, Katia and Aldo were so gracious and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant stay. Katia helped with reservations for dinner several nights and Aldo even went with my husband to the petrol station to help try and solve a mistake my husband made at the fuel pay station. Our room was very comfortable and quiet with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the larger shower. Many thanks for the hospitality!

Walled in

Our lack of Italian is OUR well recognised Achilles Heel but does mean owners might pre -emt to gather info from previous guests - as in a visitor Book ! One Staff member helped a lot but you need To know what to ask. As regards Breakfast - It felt like management had done a course in ‘Bare Legal Minimum - though to be fair coffee was excellent. How come bread basket was full of the end crusts out of all proportion to size of a loaf? No room show on arrival therefore frustration despite excellent multi channel Options. 5 hours after arrival and squeezed into the 2 sun beds around the promo Pic’d pool, we stumbled on the excellent 25m plus swimming pool out the back which the friendly Lifeguard maintains like a beloved child. Air conditioning great but overall hotel Is over-priced and claustrophobic.

The property is very charming, however needs a bit of a refresh especially around pool area. Reception team is friendly. Breakfast has good selection of items. When booking the property I accidentally selected one person on reservation rather than 2, but room was big enough to accommodate two people. Hotel tried to make it very difficult for me to add the extra person (wanted to charge me 250 euros for two nights, which is nearly a full room rate again) what caused a lot of distress and bad taste for our stay. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy it fully any more even though management finally agreed it was unreasonable after very lengthy discussions. To put this in a perspective, the price difference on Expedia for the same room for 1 person Vs 2 people is 2 Euros for the full 2 nights stay. In addition, I queried on booking if guests can use facilities like swimming pool, etc after check out as our flight was in the evening. I was told it was possible, however, on arrival we found out pool closes at 12.30pm, so if your flight is quite late in the evening you cannot benefit from hotel bar, pool or any other services as it all shuts down between 12.30pm-5pm.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Layout, Closed Pools, and No Space for 3 Adults We recently stayed at Boutique Capo Blu, and while the staff were lovely, the overall setup and lack of transparency made for a frustrating experience. Pool Closures & Strange Layout The biggest disappointment was arriving to find the main pool closed on September 20th—something we were never informed about when booking. To make matters worse, the small pool was also completely out of order. The hotel’s configuration is very odd. The central area is an open, four-walled courtyard containing the bar and the non-functional small pool, surrounded by bedroom patio doors. Because of the surrounding walls, there are zero views. Breakfast was served in this courtyard, but the food layout made no sense: pastries were kept on the bar counter outside, while inside by reception, one area held cereals and cold meats, and another held hot food and toast. Constantly walking between three separate areas just to get breakfast was unnecessarily awkward. Inconvenient Access & Lack of Privacy Reaching our room required walking back out of the main entrance, up a flight of steps, through a gate, and in through a sliding patio door. This patio door served as both our only entrance and our only window. Outdoors, our personal space was practically non-existent (barely a foot square) with nowhere to hang wet beach towels or swimwear. Right next to us, three other rooms shared an open outdoor area, offering no privacy
