We showed up within the “arrival“ hours. The sign on the office door said open. It was locked. We spent 30 minutes pounding on the door, ringing the bell. As well as what was obviously the manager’s private entry. I left three voicemails and sent a text message. Never heard back. The garbage cans were overflowing right next to the office door. We contacted Hotels.com and they told me if I canceled the reservation, I would still pay for the stay! After an hour, we booked another hotel in town. Went by the next morning, the open sign was still on the office door, no one was answering the phone, nor the after hours bell. We knocked on the door and the window windows again repeatedly. After 15 minutes we were ready to leave and finally someone came out and said “oh don’t worry we won’t charge you.” they didn’t even know my name nor anything about my reservation. And I got charged anyway!!! My sister had just died and I needed a room for the night to be close to Family after driving 250 miles. Worst experience ever.!!!

For $67 a night, it was a really nice hotel. The hotel room was modern, clean, and comfortable. I have problems sleeping, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a fan in my room. The room was a little cold and I wish the pillows were a little firmer, but overall it was a really nice stay and a really Comfortable stay.
