LOVED IT!!! It’s an apartment that was turned into a 3 hotel rooms space. I got a nice clean room with a huge bed and a jacuzzi bathtub:)) I had to postpone my Kiev time and get into that jacuzzi first thing hehe Great staff, they welcomed me when I got there but you do have to let them know when you’re coming cuz they aren’t always there. I got the key and fobs for the building. Free water and coffee (huge plus!) and the room was clean and bright, the design was great, nothing I would change. It might seem that the room was a bit small but I’m from New York and I have seen smaller rooms so no complains here haha Highly recommend this place for your stay in Kiev!! Oh, and the location is just superb!!! I walked everywhere

It is a very special hotel. Only 3 rooms! Feels like a Bed & Breakfast. - room was very nice and quiet. Bathroom had all the amenities that a five star hotel would offer. - breakfast was Very good but no breakfast area. they gave us a tray to take it into the room. - they should put a better sign outside. Not easy to find it. Very pleased with our stay!

This was a comfortable 1-night stay in an apartment hotel near Independence Square in Kiev. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had an excellent en-suite shower. Great breakfast served up too.

perfect bathroom and bedroom. Only the poor Outside door was below standarts. Perfect loacation. very central Kiev turistic, commercial and financial center. 24h supermarket 20 meters far from hotel. Nice staff. Good breakfast, Cookies and coffe always available. TV chanels not organised. Good report quality / price. I will defenitively come back

Perfect place for exploring Kiev. Luxury at a budg

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It has ideally located between Independence Square, St. Michaels and St. Sophias with all within a 3-minute walk. We stayed in the deluxe room which was very spacious with a sitting area and coffee table. Tea and coffee facilities are provided in room as well as a safe, minibar and tolietries provided. Dressing gowns and slippers are also a pleasing extra. Breakfast is ordered the night before with options given on a menu. Breakfast can be prepared for a given time. The hotel went above and beyond to provide a packed lunch on a day where we were out early on a trip. The hotel is locates within an apartment block that has a manned guard 24/7. The reception is manned sporadically throughout the day. The staff are very helpful. The only little issue we had was on the last day when there was a delay on the breakfast being delivered. Up to that point, the service and amenties provide were outstanding and value for money. We would stay here again.

Nice apartments in the center of Kiev

Very nice apartments in the center of Kiev. The apartment was clean and spacious. In the morning you can order a tasty local breakfast straight to the room. There is only 4 apartments so if you are searching for something small and slightly different - i would say this is it! Only thing that was a bit difficult was the checkin since we arrived in the middle of the night, but after few phone calls we managed to get a person to open the door for us. I would still definitely recommend the Live.Here.Hotel, although there was this small problem.

What a cool place

Just a little place I think maybe 4 rooms. We didn't realize that when we booked it, but it turned out to be a little gem! I wish I could remember the name of the young lady who checked us in, she was super sweet and helpful. The room was awesome. So clean and well decorated and they have thought of everything! Really nice little touches all over, they even gave us a nice little map with restaurants and places of interest. Breakfast was very good and cute the way you bring in back to your room on a tray. They were really good about us keeping our luggage there until our flight out which was very nice as well considering it is not a big place. After some of the more utilitarian/old school places we had stayed in Ukraine this place was a breath of fresh air! I highly recommend it.
