As others have said, it’s extremely well kept and clean. In the Condo and the common areas…immaculate actually. It’s very dated. It would have been nice to know we would have people above us, and the hot tub no longer exists and that was disappointing. It’s a great location and condo is well equipped. Don’t expect miraval, but it’s a great place.

Onsite amenities such as clubhouse, tennis courts and pool are convenient and the individual units are nicely laid out. The property is a bit older and could some updating/refreshing.

The unit had tons of large black flies! Theirs is mold in the bathroom and the bathtub jets don’t work. The advertised jacuzzi is closed for renovation. The hours of the clubhouse are very limited to the gym was not accessible for any of the times I would have liked to workout.
