We got a night stay at NH Hotel The Five in Curitiba as a gift for my parents' 50th anniversary, and they loved it. Everything went smoothly, from the booking to special voucher and celebration arrangements. I live abroad but I was able to contact the booking department through email and WhatsApp chat. The hotel is beautiful. The bed sheets had a strong bad odor of detergent. Room had dust. As you can see in the pictures the shower had molds. The air-conditioning was VERY noisy. I had to call at least few times the room service for cutlery.
