This Hotel has an excellent location right on the boardwalk with stellar ocean views. It is in good condition for an older structure. It is well kept and clean. The staff was friendly. Parking is extra.

Great hotel for the price

Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The front desk generally only had one person working at a time, which led to longer wait times. But, any requests made to the front desk were handled promptly. Our floor/room smelled like weed for most of the trip. The pool is nice, not dingy, but small and can comfortably only fit 1-2 families

Staff was excellent. We did not have housekeeping for two days of our stay. The bathroom could be updated but was clean. The location was great and convenient walk to everything. Overall it was a good stay.

Very nice!

The room was really nice. The view was amazing, just what we asked for. The elevator and hallways have an overabundance of automated air fresheners, two different scents and they didn't meld. They actually gave me a headache. The rooms, thank goodness, did not have them. The placement of the small couch impedes you getting out the slider to the balcony. I'm not sure why they didn't move it or flip the slider. They have a small parking lot and you have to pay $10/night to park, which was not some stated by Hotels.com. These were our only complaints. We would definitely stay here again, just calm down those air sprays!

Anniversary Trip

We enjoyed our stay very much the hotel is very clean, the beds on the other hand were not comfortable to us at all very hard!! The only other thing I was not very pleased with was the fact that you have to pay 10.00 per night to park! Even in the Hotel parking lot that is! Most Hotels give you at least one spot per room not here. But other than that it is a very nice hotel.

A must read…… 3stars

Never been to ocean city MD so choosing a location was key. We wanted ocean front and affordability. We got a nice oceanfront view with a great price. The room was clean hotel smelled nice. It’s been updated in some ways but not all the way. The one elevator was broken we told the front desk. It kept going up while the door was still open my partner and myself also got hurt due to it moving before pressing any floor, we were just walking onto it. The parking lot is a bit tight, the daily parking fee is a bit much to ask since you already booked there but that’s the way things go I guess. It’s a non smoking hotel but you can go outside if you choose but there no seating for those who do so now you just have people standing around smoking by the door while seating or DD area would be a nice gesture. The shower /tub was a bit dated but produced good water pressure and hot water. Inside stair well access wasn’t available, which was strange and upon asking do to the elevator issue the girl at the desk couldn’t tell us where it even was. After exploring we found it ourselves but stopped at the 1st floor and couldn’t get out lol not funny but is in a weird way. Could use some updating in there it looked like skid row inside the stairwell.
