Hotel increíblemente bonito, instalaciones bonitas, limpias y nuevas. El servicio del personal fue muy bueno, puedes ir a pie a la quinta avenida incluso de noche, muchas opciones cerca para comidas y compras de último momento. This hotel was absolutely amazing. All of the staff members were very helpful and friendly, particularly Yair, who made our experience even better. It was within 10 mins walking distance to a TON of great restaurants in every direction, and only about a 10 minute walk to the beach as well! If we stay in Playa del Carmen again we will certainly stay here!

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The booking came with "Free breakfast." However, you only get a limited selection of the menu such as fruit, eggs, and chicaquiles. Despite showing my booking info, the employees and supervisor still denied that breakfast was included. Also, the electricity would shut off randomly. My phone won't charge and I almost fell in the shower because the lights went out. Of course the hotel did not provide any sort of compensation or refund for these problems! There were so many other better hotels in the area so do your research but definitely don't go to IT Boutique unless you want to have a horrendous experience! R U N !!!

For the price point on this hotel, it was beyond expectations!! The staff are very helpful and super friendly !! The hotel is just off of busy 5th avenue, so you don’t get the noise, but, still benefit from being close to the action!! The beach is only steps away also. So many good restaurants and bars to enjoy close by! Breakfast was nice, only a couple options but, both options were plenty good for us!! I would come back to the IT Boutique in a heartbeat next time Playa Del Carmen is on my list !!

We stayed five nights. Everything went well. The things we appreciated most were the location, central but not noisy, the hotel's structure, with parking and two nice pools, one of which was an infinity pool, the friendliness of the receptionists, and the free supply of beach towels and small bottles of water. To improve on cleanliness, there was a lot of dust both in the room and on the chairs outside the balcony, and the quality of breakfast.
