The hotel is well located, close to main road and a gas stations, with an attached restaurant. Lobby looks clean and neat but corridors have a very dirt and filthy carpet, need an urgent makeover and replacement. The room is actually a two-bedroom apartment that’s very spacious, with a large kitchen and big living room. The room itself is also spacious, and the bed was okay. However, the bathroom is a wet room, so there’s no shower enclosure. The towels are old and stained, and they need urgent replacement. Breakfast is very simple, not too many options. The area seems a bit dirty and not well maintained, tables with plastic cover. Overall it was OK for the cost, and for a short stay. I won’t recommend staying longer.

Great location

Our accommodation, a suite, was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast, however, was low in quality compared to a lot of other hotels. It was unappealing and seemed an afterthought rather than a feature of the hotel. There was a pleasant coffee shop adjoining the lobby, with extended opening hours. The Zaki's location couldn't have been more convenient for visiting local sightseeing and the restaurant around the corner, if a little basic in comfort, served very good Indian food.

Decent accommodation in Sur. It’s a mixed bag—some parts of the hotel are very nice and modern, while others, including our room, are outdated. We stayed in a whole apartment, which was very spacious—far more than we needed for an overnight stay. The staff was nice and helpful, and while the breakfast was somewhat limited, it was good enough to start the day.

It's at a convenient location. Initial room allotted had a bad smell and cockroaches running around. We complained and they changed to a good room promptly. Room was nice and spacious and very clean even though the corridors weren't that great.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, but the amenities were very basic. The decor is stuck in the 1970s, and the TVs don’t work. The breakfast was very poor in quality. However, the location is convenient for visiting Sur and the surrounding areas, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Overall, the hotel deserves a maximum of 1 star.

Sehr gutes Hotel in der Innenstadt. Das Apartment war sehr geräumig, auch die Ausstattung inkusive Einmalzahnbürstel. Klimaanlage hat auch einwandfrei funktioniert, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, hat jedoch keinen Herd.

Nice, clean hotel. Ideal for families

Stayed for 2 nights whilst vsisitng Wadi Shab. Rates were very reasonable, room were a good size and there is a lovely coffee shop downstairs. Would highly recommend if you are in the area.
