From the welcome with coffee & homemade lemon drizzle cake to a lovely room with a view of the park , excellent breakfast, great local knowledge, really enjoyed our stay . About a 20 minutes walk through the park to north bay .we then used the open top bus to South bay .

Peter and Stuart were wonderful hosts, with a welcome coffee/tea and flapjack on arrival. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and they catered for allegies extremely well. They provided plenty of information on where to eat and to visit. Room was very well presented and decorated with a comfortable bed and huge fluffy towels in the bathroom. Outlook is in a quiet area with ree parking at the rear and easy access to Peasholm Park and North Bay Promenade.

We had a lovely stay at The Outlook. We were very well looked after. The Owners are very welcoming and all of the extra little touches they provide make a big difference in making your stay perfect. Breakfast was lovely with great quality local produce. This hotel is also a perfect spot if you are travelling to Scarborough for the Open Air Theatre.

The breakfast was all fresh cooked to order. Its home from home. Peter and Stuart where great hosts. The room was lovely and clean. Its situated in a nice area and a 5 minute drive to the town. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Peter and Stuart.

Absolutely excellent in every way, cracking owners/ Hosts. Wonderful breakfast and a splendid wee little bar for an evening tipple. Location is also excellent, literally across the road to Peasholm park then down to north bay. Will defo return if the chaps will have us !

We had a fabulous stay. Complimentary cuppa and delicious lemkn drizzle cake on arrival. The room was beautifully furnished, with little extra touches included; binoculars to bird watch, robes for comfort. The breakfast and choice was amazing. Highly recommend it.
