We had a comfortable stay in this modern apartment for 2 nights as our first stop in Colombia - famiy of 4 in the 2-bedrooms unit.
The management occupied one of the units in building, therefore could be buzzed via the intercom located outside the metal gate by the unlabeled button (all the other buttons were labeled with apt #s). This was not communited to us prior to our arrival. We asked the store downstairs, located on the street level, to make a phone call for us for someone to open the gate for us. After we had checked in, we were provided with keys for in and outs.
We noted that there were no toiletry items provided except for liquid hand soap in pumps by the 2 bathroom sinks. The kichen was stocked with enough dishes and utensils for 4 persons, but lack of a drying dish rack. There were a laundry washing sink (no machines), hanging rails overheads, and plenty of hangers in closet.
The second bedroom was sectioned off the eating area with a half wall which did not offer any privacy nor AC. Though a fan was provided which was enough to keep the area cool for sleeping during the night.
With the minor inconveniences aforementioned, this apartment is still a good alternative to staying in a hotel room for a short visit in Cali.
Nearby restaurants/cafes/shops were on the high-end in prices compared to other neighborhoods.
