I expected house-keeping such as hotel, but it was required extra cost. It is actually residence suite apartment in nice location. It i required to know several security access procedure. Very clean and cozy. However, it is noisy especially early moring with trucks near COSTCO and constructions.

The apartment is beautiful. Very nice decoration. Outstanding view with huge windows. Fully furnished and equipped with all the appliances. I really liked the location, walking distance to my office in Mexico City meaning that I didn't had to worry about traffic (which is a huge plus in this city!!!). 3 shopping malls/galleries near by with very nice restaurants (I tried 4 new restaurants on this trip, amazing food!). The only point to consider if you are thinking about this property is the fact that you will need to pass the doorman/security in front of the building (which is a residential building, not a hotel) and the people that work there does not speak English. My Spanish is good enough, but if you don't speak a word, it will be very difficult. I will definitely stay in this property again.

Lo único que tiene en contra este concepto es que es lento el acceso al departamento ya que cada vez que sales tienes que volver a registrarte como invitado para reingresar

Es un lugar increíble, seguro, lleno de atracciones y compras, la mejor zona para descansar, disfrutar, comprar y conocer... la atención es muy personalizada, se preocupan por los mínimos detalles, es súper limpio, muy bien acondicionado y te hace ser parte de una atmósfera muy segura
