Upon arrival there wasn't a person anywhere around. I called the desk line provided, nobody answered. I finally yelled out, Hello...Hello..still nothing. I tried the desk phone again & someone finally answered. After about 10 min of waiting she arrived & checked me in. Upon check in I was told I had to leave a credit card number & a copy of my driver's license. I have never in my life paid a deposit on a hotel room I've already paid for!! The room was decent, clean, & efficient for a one night stay. No vending machines, no ice machines. In the morning there was no breakfast available. The staff at the front desk informed me, "We dont serve breakfast anymore, my boss doesn't want to take the sign down because it might damage the wall." Extremely unprofessional & a bizarre stay. The only recommendation I would make is for Hotels.com to remove this Hotel as an option on they're website.
