普通のアパートをゲストルームにした建物。 ロフトの上は2歳児が頭を打つ高さで、布団を敷いたりも厳しそう。またロフトを作るためにメインのベッドスペースも低くなり、かがむ必要がある。 我々は大人二人、幼児1人だったのでベッド2台で寝たが、6人はどうやっても泊まれないだろうと思った。 口コミにあったので知ってはいたが、IHコンロがあるのにフライパンや鍋がないのは残念。コーヒーやティバッグは十分な量あった。 バスはトイレ一体型のユニットバス。

Uma delícia o hotel e o restaurante. Só faltou um transporte do hotel para estação, que outros hotéis na região tem, e elevador para chegar no quarto. Mas a recepcionista foi muito atenciosa e nos ajudou na chegada. Durante a hospedagem todos os funcionários foram muito solícitos e nos ajudaram com as informações de transporte. A região é bastante carente de pessoas que falam inglês e tenham informações turísticas do Monte Fuji.

入住當天因不熟悉地點，竟從強羅車站爬了一段好長好久的好漢坡才走到飯店，猶如鐵人行程啊~ 若搭巴士到箱根美術館下車，就能輕鬆快速的回到飯店。 房間舒適，還有微波爐、烤箱可利用，真是不錯的飯店。

The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. The high tech tub was awesome. The staff were very friendly, and they have Netflix which is great when you've been travelling for weeks and just want a night in! There is no elevator, carrying our luggage up to the third floor was a bit of a pain.

Great location, large room, had aircon and heater. The room had a kitchen with a cook top but no tea towels, cutlery, utensils, pots or pans. The room was not cleaned during our stay. There was no elevator, only stairs which made it difficult as we had to carry out luggage up 3 flights.
