Great location with stunning scenery. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor terrace with drinks and wrap around scenery. We had a scrumptious meal in the traditional bar in the evening and were welcomed by wonderful friendly staff. 20 minutes drivecto Froghall station where we had a 2. 5 hr steam train ride theough more stunning scenery. Didnt use the spa but would recommend a return visit .

We did a Spa Day and Dinner Bed & Breakfast. Lovely little Spa with great facilities. Hotel is situated in lovely countryside surroundings. We had a Mud Rasul as an extra and this was amazing and relaxing. Food was excellent and a great menu with local produce. Overall we had a fantastic relaxing time. Would definitely return again.

Stayed at the 3 horseshoes as a mid way break on our way up To The Lake District for an wedding, hotel is clean and comfortable, bar is well stocked and they weren’t Charing rip off prices, the restaurant was very good , wide range of food available, we were joined by our daughter and 6 year old granddaughter for dinner , the staff were really accommodating with us changing time of meal … even though they seemed a bit under pressure as they had a wedding taking place …
