This is not 5 star hotel, it is maximum 2 star. Very ride staff, 1 small bottle shampoo and 2 bars of hand soap for whole 6 night stay for 2 people, 1 cup ,empty broken fridge, very dirty rooms, no bedding, no duvet ,there is towel instead duvet, horrible hotel. Does the regional manager of expedia visited this hotel? The most important, it is NOT all inclusive hotel,it full board hotel with the same food everyday on certain time. Ice coffe, turkis coffee, juices, cocktails all extra cost, what is all inclusive?

Aslında otel wc yerler mobilyalar vesaire yeni ve temizdi fakat havlu ve çarşaflar için aynı yorumu yapamayacağız.Lekelilerde çok bariz bir şekilde yeni istedik onlarda lekeliydi. Kendi eşyalarımızdan elbise havlu serip üstüne yatıp uyuduk. Ayrıca denize sıfır bir otel değil. Denize yakın fakat plaj yani girilebilinecek sahile uzak.Servisleri var anlaşmalı beach e götürüyor fakat oda 13:15 te bitiyor. Kahvaltısı iyi idi herşey fazlası ile vardı. Servis imkanlarını çoğaltıp tekstil ürünlerinde temizlik sağlayabilirlerse tercih edilebilinir.

At least it was clean. But all inclusive is not even all inclusive, you have to pay for ice cream and certain spa treatments. The food is limited choice as is a boutique hotel, the staff do not want to help. Our room had several issues such as the hot tub stank when we tried to use it and didn’t work, the staff were unbothered and do not go out of their way to help you. It’s not worth the all inclusive here. Wifi went down a few times, pool is small and closes at 7pm.

Absolutely fantastic, staff and hotel was amazing, we stayed in the Delphin Imperial in February which is a 5 star plus and very posh, we then came to the Laren Family hotel in August because it was closer to the dentist, it was beautiful we preferred this hotel the Laren family hotel is a little gem, all the staff are so friendly and helpful and the night manager was amazing to everyone, he made sure everyone got the best holiday ever.. We will definitely be coming back to the Laren Family hotel.. Thank you all for making our holiday special. Das Personal war sehr nett allerdings wurde das Zimmer während unseres Aufenthaltes nur einmalig gereinigt. Uns wurde ein größeres Zimmer angeboten, da wir sagten das die Zimmer für 4 Personen einfach zu klein sind, was dann nach 2 Tagen auch nicht möglich war da zu viele Reservierungen wohl waren. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Convenient to Airport

Dissapointing level of workmanship. Mildew bathroom. Buffet was not hot enough, the plates are cold as they are stacked too high in the plate warmer. Personal hygeine from staff was an issue.

My stay was short and was just to relax after a short backpacking trip from Romania through Istanbul. The hotel and amenities are generally good. It is mostly used by medical tourists so expect seeing people of various states of medical procedures. They advertise a free bus to the beach. But it wasn’t running during my visit. The spa costs are incredibly expensive in comparison to local providers. Food good and changes daily, staff are attentive and happy. Silly rules that don’t allow you to take a single biscuit from the restaurant to eat with your coffee in the lounge let it down a bit. And the sun only hits the pool area in the morning and is in the shade in the afternoon.

Personal ist freundlich aber das Hotel der Zustand des Zimmers. Jakuzi konnte nicht genützt werden zu dreckig, wurde nie gereinigt. Konnte nicht duschen da das Silikon in der Dusche komplett verschimmelt ist und stinkt. Allgemein alles als Gesamtkonzept was die Haxgiene des Zimmers angeht ist schlecht . Klimaanlage ist für das Zimmer zu Schwach es dauert ewig bis das Zimmer kalt bzw. angenehm wird. Würde es nicht zwingend empfehlen. Es sei den die ganzen Sachen werden sich ändern oder behoben. Essen wahr ok nichts besonderes
