WE left Fraser Place Namdaemun and had a FANTASTIC experience and arrived Gangnam area to see a baseball game and visit area.After reviewing a lot of hotels,we chose GLAD for its friendly namesake,location & value.We were greeted cordially but definitely not warm/friendly feeling.It felt as if we were a bother to the gentleman checking us in.We reserved a jumbo twin on the 3rd floor #314.The baseball game was about to start so we quickly got into the room and went to the stadium which was easy! When we returned to the room, it took a long time to cool off, but we were tired so we went to sleep a bit warm. The next day the air seemed stuck at 25 and we told the front desk 3xs.They said someone would come and fix it, NO ONE came.After the 3rd time I went to front desk and they said someone was coming to look at it and would bring up a fan, when I asked if someone was going to fix it, the person said they don't speak English.I went down again and told them I told them I was paid for a room with working features, they moved us to #514 and bidet was not working.Room temp was better though.Overall the stay was in a convenient location, but not the friendliest place.2 women were noticeably welcoming and friendly. 전숙자 (Jeon Sook Ja) was our room attendant and she was the NICEST GLAD EMPLOYEE we met!She made sure our room was all set and also called when the bidet didn't work, maintenance came after 10 min when she asked.She was friendly and inviting!전숙자 (Jeon Sook Ja)THANK YOU!
