Seriously don’t stay here

Impossible to find, entrance is a back alleyway. Smells like trash outside right next to massive dumpsters. Inside smells like mold. Carpets stained. Hair all over bathroom. Did not stay once I saw it and they refuse to give me my money back. No human there, have to check in and get help via 1-800 number from people that aren’t anywhere in the area.

Great location and very clean

My room was very comfortable, and quieter than I expected. The entire place was very clean and well-furnished. My largest complaint, and it is minor, is the $25 fee for overnight parking. I also did not care for the carpeting… dated and shows lots of dirt.

Its nice nice place to stay. Love the big kitchen. Had a few issues with the place and repairs needed. But overall was a nice place. The spiral staircase is alittle tricky to get to bedroom upstairs, wish they provided a tv upstairs.

Great location, lacking some few basc touches

The Good Great location, close to shops, restaurants etc. plenty of space. Walkable and felt safe in neighborhood. The Bad Provided a door code to access building but I’m not sure it’s really needed. It doesn’t appear there’s really anything securing building. We walked in and out without having to use a building code. Cleanliness in. Hallway and leading up to door had stains on carpet and was questionable Inside was spacious for our needs and one night, but I’ll mirror that carpet was a light color and showing a lot of dirt. Noise will be a problem. Starting around 3:30 pm we heard multiple groups yelling, screaming and just being really loud. It may be nice to have a white noise machine available. We brought a fan which helped with sleeping but it is very noisy. The balcony door is drafty and it looks like there was an attempt at weather stripping but is missing in portions of door. We loved the location, but this place could be so great if a little more cleanliness and some other things to mitigate that outside crowd noise.

A good, clean apartment near Vanderbilt

The rental apartment was very spacious and clean. Communication with the manager was good, especially regarding the check-in procedures. The only downside to the stay was the noise level of surrounding apartments and the street below, which was worsened by a heavy rain in the early morning. The apartment was in a very good location and the parking lot was very convenient.

Party House

The apartment itself is comfortable and spacious, but I think it should be renamed Party House. There was a party going on across the hall when we arrived. The party next to us was so loud - music & many loud voices - at 2:30 we still couldn't sleep and finally moved to the sofa bed in the living room. We called the front desk and they responded but we still had to move. Worst night I've had in a long time.

Overall, it was very good. Very spacious room, very close to Blair School of Music at the Vanderbilt. However, there are some loud people on the parking lot outside of our room on Friday night (actually, 2 am on Saturday). I wish the sound proofing was better. Would definitely stay again.

Once again, The Mint House in Nashville, TN delivers! We've extended our stay three times now due to a family emergency, and feel well taken care of. The staff of the Mint House's Hillsboro Village location has bent over backward to take care of special requests and other needs. We are grateful to the ground crew and management for providing such a confortable environment. A five-star stay!

Excellent location for restaurants and shopping ~ very convenient to all the fun that Nashville has to offer! The apartment was fantastic except for a few things: inconsistent internet and the microwave did not work.

A break from the hospital

It was a beautiful and spacious area. It was the perfect place to stay for a night away from the children’s hospital. I would highly recommend staying here. And would stay here again. Within walking distance to the hospital.
