Terrible is the only word I can use to sum up my experience (Expedia doesn't allow swearing in reviews). If you chose this hotel for your upcoming stay in Nice, then it appears you made the wrong choice. I would give negative points if that was possible. I have no idea why the hotel name has ***** when I Google it but it has nothing to do with the quality. There were many issues and the only thing I will say is both my wife and I had only 5 minutes of hot water each to shower in, they use those hot water storage tanks for the whole facility so if someone decides to take a slightly longer hot shower, then its cold showers for everyone else. There are plenty of options for this price.

This hotel was excellently and conveniently located right off Place Massena, near shops and cafes, Galeries Lafayette, and the tram. Staff very responsive when needed.

What a great stay! The hotel is very central, easily accessible from the airport and a quick walk to Old Town Nice. The staff couldn’t have been kinder; the room was cozy and perfect for one person (two would have fit if they were friendly). I enjoyed my stay and would absolutely book again!

I found the hotel check in to be easy and the instructions provided easy to follow. It's centrally located and a short walk from Nice Ville train station and a tram station. The room was small but well furnished and contained everything we needed for a weekend break. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. The only thing I would mention is that it is located on the third floor and the lift is small - only enough room for two people.

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well equipped. It worked for us. We enjoyed iur stay. Be advised that due to its location that it could be a bit noisy at times ... but that's expected.

The hotel has a great location close to the sea and in close walking distance from lots of lovely restaurants. Easy to get to from the airport and easy to get to the train station. The room was very clean and the staff were amazing. The room was, however, very small and quite noisy. I was woken early morning by the noise outside and the neighbouring room having a shower. 2 people trying to get changed was difficult. Very good value and ideal for a short trip to see friends and go out.
