Upon my arrival, the receptionist, without offering any greeting, immediately asked if I spoke English — ironically while using a translator. The room was dirty, as shown in the attached photo. I requested a room change, but although the linens appeared clean, the room was dusty and the furniture was old, stained, and torn. The overall condition was far below expectations and certainly not worth the price I paid.
During my six-day stay, I also had to personally request for the room to be cleaned. Even then, when I returned later in the afternoon, the cleaning had not yet been completed, and I was asked to wait. This level of service was highly disappointing.
