I’ll start by saying the room concept is very nice and the things inside are very nice but the cleanliness level is extremely subpar. I came in late one night so it wasn’t until the next day I noticed a large portion of the wall had splattered drink or something of the sort along it and with checking out the next day, it really meant nothing to me in the long run, but it showed the level of concern amongst the climbing staff

Great breakfast. The gentleman that runs it very friendlyand aims to please. Room was good. When we got into our room we noticed our sofa cushion was ripped. Told them at front desk and the fixed it immediately. Only one downside the younger person checking in people could have been more friendly. I'm used to a hello or welcome but nothing just fill out this and whats your name.

The only complaint about our stay is the pool. My kiddoa really wanted to swim, but the pool was very unclean. Big wads of hair, cloudy water etc.

Bad room placement

Nice clean hotel, but I was placed in the room right next to the fitness room, which is 24/7. Treadmills right up against the adjoining wall means you can expect to hear THUMP THUMP well into the evening and early in the morning. This should be where the laundry room is, not a guest room.

From beginning to end it met our every need. The breakfast hit the spot and the weekday happy hour was a nice bonus. The employees manning breakfast and happpy hour were so friendly and helpful! The maid on the 3rd floor these past 4 days was so kind and helpful! She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable while helping my daughter recover from surgery before returning to campus. It was exactly what the doctor ordered.

The suites were very clean and pretty with a nice view. I would highly recommend. The down side was that the front desk staff were not very warm and welcoming and it was easy to hear noises from surrounding rooms. Other than those two things, the place is very nice!

Probably one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. We wish we had booked more time there. The room came with a full kitchen a sitting area and a very comfortable bed. So clean. Absolutely amazing breakfast. We will definitely stay there again.

We were very satisfied with our stay. I felt the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The daily breakfast and happy hour was delicious and offered a large variety of choices. We loved the outdoor patio and use of gas grills.

It was convenient to have a full size refrigerator, stovetop, dishes and dishwasher. However ,the microwave was too low to the floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful and poor stay was quiet and comfortable.
