The first room we stayed in had a broken tub faucet handle, which they had us moved to a different room. A nice gesture considering it was something out of our control. We were looking forward to a hot shower considering the spa they offered was not working and the indoor pool was ice cold.
We slept well, the rooms were quaint, and the breakfast almost made up for the crazy night before. Until we got home and was charged the incidentals fee apparently to fix their broken faucet. Something that would have easily been noted by a housekeeper prior and the room not bookable until it was fixed.
I've tried contacting the hotel, and calling their 800 number which gives you too an AI driven answering service that won't accept the itinerary number you're trying to give.
Long story short, it seems if you want to have an experience where the hotel keeps on giving after you've left-This is the place to stay! I hope we see resolution, but so far all I've been given is people who don't want to deal with it, and give us another dead end number to call
