We felt for the amount of money that the place should’ve been a little bit cleaner. The floors weren’t clean. The paint job was not very good. The rooms outdated. There was people hanging around outside. No coffee or continental breakfast. We will not be returning.

I fell down the stairs next to lobby. The stairs are covered in not clean carpeting. The result of my fall was a broken bone in my hand. The stairs are slanted downward so please be careful. I fell and consider this my own fault for not being more careful.

Room smelt moldy. Air conditioning unit/heater was so dusty unable to be used. Fire alarm was faulty. Went off twice during the night. Batteries were replaced the first time. It was removed when it went off the 2nd time. Staff was prompt in assisting with the issue. Alarm was replaced the next day. Only decaf coffee was available in the morning. Overall a poor experience.

If a traveler is looking for a hotel with a lot of amenities, this is not for you. Although they have most of the necessities of a hotel, it could use a little attention in some areas. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and they had a fridge, microwave, and TV. Beyond that, there was no hairdryer or coffee station in the room. Also, as a senior adult, the shower had no grab bars or light above it. Although they did have an ironing board and iron in the room, we would have preferred a coffee maker and hairdryer instead. From a value standpoint...the room was a good value considering prices of hotels these days. They should stay on this path giving travelers an economic option.

Place a reservation for a wheelchair assability room and it look like a regular room with a bath chair added. The tile on the bathroom floor was so slippery this am in socks and bare I almost fell and so did my husband. Bed was ok pillows were flat that you need more then 2 to sleep on

The room I was in this time had vinal flooring and in a few spots there must have been something underneath due to bumps in the flooring. No garbage bags in any of the trash bins. There was a damp ex container hanging in the room to keep moisture out but it still felt damp until I put the ac on for a while

it was so disgusting walking into the hotel I check for bed bugs right away. I had booked three rooms and my friends hair dryer starting sparking and smoking like it was going to start on fire. I got up in the middle of night to go to the bathroom and there was something slimy on the floor. I wiped it up with a washcloth in the morning and it was just black. I never got a very good night sleep because everything just seemed filthy. my bag stuck to the counter the next morning when I went to leave. The lights didn't turn on when we got in the room and there was no light shade on the lamp. The fire doors are off the hinges. The beds were rock hard and the blankets looked like the got them from the good will. Yuck, Yuck, Yuck... So completely disgusting.
