MONEY STOLEN!! We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF. During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter. I could hear the other cleaning lady on the other side of the room, and they were speaking to each other in Spanish in a very panicked manner; the one at the door was telling the other lady to hurry up. Once I entered, they quickly rushed out of the room. When I realized my money was stolen in the morning of the day we were checking out, I finally made the connection of what had happened that day when they tried to stop me from entering the room, and how they were the only possible suspects of stealing $500 out of my wallet. We submitted a claim with the hotel while we were checking out, and have never heard since. They promised they would investigate the situation and reach out to us. It's been a whole month and we haven't heard anything. DO NOT recommend your friends and family to stay at this location! We will definitely not be coming back.

No es la primera vez que nos quedamos y me sorprendió ver que ha decaído mucho la limpieza en la barra de desayuno del bufet me tocó ver cucarachas por qué fuimos Muy temprano se lo señalamos a los meseros pero sólo dijeron que ahorita checaban! Igual en los baños y elevadores nos tocó ver sucio u cucarachas por áreas comunes el servicio es bueno el personal muy amable es muy difícil conseguir reserva para los restaurantes en la noche aunque esté co. Poca gente!

Me sorprendió ver mucha cucaracha en las áreas de restaurant y áreas comunes, elevadores sucios y desagües hacia el mar... El servicio muy bueno el personal es amable y el hotel es bonito pero creo que si están descuidando la limpieza ya había estado otras veces ahí y si note una baja en el servicio en general.

Large property

The property is large so you have to take a golf cart everywhere which was inconvenient but they were relatively quick getting to you. Our room wouldn't cool below 72 no matter which buttons we pressed and it was hot. There were mosquitos everywhere in the room even though we didn't keep the doors open. The service was kinda slow but the drinks were REALLY good! Food was also better than other all inclusive that I've been to. The kids club was small and free for one hour but my son was the only one in there so it was great for him and spending an hour there. Check in is 4PM and check out is 10AM which is earlier than most properties and you can only use the amenities until 12PM so sucks if you have a later flight. We used valet which was an extra $12 a day, we got out of the car on arrival and no one moved from their positions to help us?! Lol first time that's happened. No Ubers allowed on property, not a problem for us since we had a car but the walk to the end of the property would be long if you're using Uber. Bonus was that you could eat at some restaurants on the Marina with your AI.

This resort is amazing. My family had a great time and hope to come back in the future. The only issue I had was at check in. I was told my 16 year old should have been charged at the adult rate. I booked on Hotels.com, it asked the age of my minor on the travel dates. I booked everything with correct information on to be charged $500 additional for my child to have access to the all-inclusive perk. I believe after 13 your kid is considered an adult. Be aware of this before booking.

Perfect get a way with my daughters

This was my 2nd time at this property and I was excited to bring my daughters for some much needed relaxation and fun. The staff is phenomenal and so helpful. The grounds are beautiful and the views outstanding. Food was good, service was great. The beds and towels are so comfortable, we had an overall fabulous time!

What surprised us was a “tax” charge upon checkout of over 200 US dollars. We had purchased the all inclusive package, so we are not expecting to have extra charges. Other than that, the hotel was clean and rooms were huge and comfy.

Food quality was not to standards, could not take food into the rooms. Had to get permission from the restaurant manger to take food into the room. Buffet dinner was Mexican food only for the the entire stay. We both got very sick on the third day of our 7 day stay, ordering room service for food was a disaster - ordered chicken strips with fires, got cheese strips with fries. Almost felt like being treated as second class visitors. We have stayed at other Mexican reosrts - had way better service than this resort. Will never recommend this resort to anyone

Nos fue muy bien. La habitación muy comoda y con una vista increíble. La comida de lo mejor, el personal super atento y amable. Lo único que pasó es que hay cargos que no te avisan y dejan un poco mal sabor de boca como un impuesto extra al final y un servicio extraño de sanitizacion por noche cuando supuestamente la tarifa ya incluye impuestos y la limpieza de la habitación debe estar incluida y no te lo avisan en el check in. Es el primer hotel que cobra aparte por limpiar la habitación. Cobran el valet parking aparte pero entiendo que ese si es opcional.

Incredibly clean. Six excellent restaurants for dinner and multiple food service options for breakfast or lunch. Great drinks service poolside with three beautiful pool options with swim up bars. Additional options available at their sister property in the marina area of Cabo with frequent shuttle service between the two. Perfect place to completely relax with no need for planning if you take the all inclusive option. Would absolutely stay at this property again.

This place is amazing!, I'm already looking to book again in Nov. 2024. I can't express how wonderful this place is. The SERVICE, FOOD, BREATH Taking views, just a wonderful place! The all inclusive is so worth every penny; you have 20 or so places your can eat and order almost anything you want. The food and service is just outstanding. I have never eater better food in my life! This place is a dream. PS. All your bar fridge stuff is also included in the all inclusive; and the free shuttle to the sister at the downtown Marina is amazing, as you can eat and enjoy the all inclusive at this resort as well. 21 min shuttle that runs every 2hrs. FOOD again is just amazing, as well as the service; these people at this resort will make sure you have a wonderful time. THE only thing negative, just say NO to the time share stuff, don't give away 20$ for a 4 hour high pressure time share spil. This place is so clean!, you can use any public bathroom, and it seems like it has not been used. - spotless. I Can't wait to return to this exact resort.

We stayed at Hacienda Encantada with our teen and young adult kids. We enjoyed the accommodations, the pools, and the dining, but there was not a lot in the way of night life or scheduled activities, which would have been welcome. We were upgraded to VIP due to our room being overbooked and it was AWESOME. We were able to choose top-shelf liquors and eat filet mignon daily. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Hacienda Encantada and would definitely return in the future.

Our stay was excellent. This is a great resort to rest relax and just enjoy the sunshine. The views the gardens and the atmosphere is simply one of a kind. The spa was amazing. We were able to have massages on the beach with the sounds of the waves crashing around us creating such an incredible experience. The pools are plenty and there’s always an available lounge and umbrella. Recognition to the awesome pool servers/ bartenders ( Samuel and JR ) they made every effort to keep the drinks flowing and the laughs plenty. Everyone from the car attendants to the cart drivers resort staff are all very friendly highly service oriented and just add to the overall experience.
