First of all, the breakfast was outstanding, and really launched our days. Lots of options and variety. Also, the concierges were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable. We also appreciated the free day backpack loan. We were traveling light and didn't have ours. We stayed in the apartments and everything was new and fresh.

An amazing location only a short 2 minute walk to the town centre of Berchtesgaden. Upon arrival reception were very friendly, helpful and spoke English. 100% on customer service. Rooms were perfect, very clean and maintained, the views were amazing. Breakfast was very good, fresh coffee, juices pastries, hot food and cold food. Didn't use the pool and Spa facilities but they were operational and looked good. Will definitely be coming back here.

Quite a wonderful property that offers excellent value. The front desk was easy to communicate with ahead of arrival. Rooms in the newer building have relatively spacious bathrooms.
