The motel is a motor court that has been updated. It was clean. The manager went out of her way to change my room when the tv wasn’t working in my room. She upgraded me. She was so friendly and helpful I wanted to leave a review here just for that. Is the motel the best? No. But the room I was given was clean and had all the conveniences I needed. I was happy with my stay. I was in town for business and was exhausted. I got good rest, excellent service while I was there.

This was by far the worst motel stay we have even had. The rooms are not Queen. they are horrible, stained bedding doors that do not close all the way, bathroom door that does not close at all. People live at this property full time and there is a halfway house across the street. Dogs everywhere. Kids running around that I just wanted to take home and clean up to give them a better life. Just horrible. We did not sleep at all left before the sun came up just to get out of there. The lady at the checkin was very very nice though.

This property was old & in need of a complete restoration. I can say that it was better than nothing, barely. You should not have a facility this dilapidated in your choices of properties. I feel sorry for the people that work there.

The place is run down ,torn up and unpleasant. I only stayed one night out of 2 did not sleep but maybe an hour concerned about my vehicle and my own safety. The microwave didn't work, the TV had Roku but kept loosing Internet connection so was offline more than on line. The place had an unknown odor , there were no smoke alarms no vents in bathroom, no hangers or place to put clothing, no coffee or anything in room. Just not a nice place at all. But the staff I did speak with was friendly. Sorry but I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Not many choices in Dayton. I stayed at the hotel 3-nights. For a budget hotel, it was clean. Building is old, the stained carpet needs to be replace, room door was sticking, but the bed was comfortable. The entire town is old and needs some economic activity.

My reservation was cancelled by Dayton Motel without any notice. On arrival they moved me across the street to their other property, Blue Mountain Motel. They apologized. So I was separated from my friends on a trip. Room was a place to sleep and that is it.
