The property is very well maintained, refreshing at entry. I’m thoroughly pleased with my stay. We visited both buffet and other restaurants on the property and both were excellent. The only problem was when we went off the property we were charged a ridiculous price to go NEXT door to the restaurant $170 literally five minutes away. Other than that everything was amazing, staff was top notch nice people. Thanks for the amazing hospitality

The breakfast buffet had many choices, both made to order and ready made. The rooms were very spacious, with the toilet, double sinks and shower all located separately. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning in the bathroom areas. The service in the restaurants and bars were great. The pools were on the small side considering the size of the property and the water in the pools was very warm. We stayed as a group of 4 for 3 nights and had a great time. Booking the restaurants through the online booking App was difficult.

Butler service was disappointing and should be avoided. Excursions (especially snorkeling) were oversold and underwhelming. Some staff (Edu, Dylan and Diane) were great but others didn’t really provide a five star experience or understand top class service. Lovely black sand beach and fun pool with cabanas and mixology…. TV service jumpy… too many electrical issues like lights and elevators. Still a great place and lots of fun but would not return.
